Sakia's ticket booth is open daily from 9 am till 11pm.

Sakia's staff holding the red card are authorized to use it in the following cases:
- Disrespecting Egyptian traditions.
- Disturbing others by sound or movement .
- Smoking in any of Sakia's premises .
- Ignoring discipline and cleanliness instructions .
